First and last name.
Email used for Paypal.
About what date you renewed. Approx month in 2012 is ok.
If it's a recurring renewal.

These are simple questions to answer. I can't help any that don't supply the needed info.

I would not like to be renew as a PC member, ever since the crash I lost my PC status and was never restored by you guys, the way I see it you guys droped the ball and I paid for a service that was not deliver, I hope to see my PC status restored soon

My paypal just paid for players club and ive never been reinstated from when the servers crashed and now i paid for a service i barely got last time
