Lately, they have not, but that does not mean that they won't. They do have the full field of bunkers, and will set them up from time to time. They also run a tournament circuit or two as well.

I just did some directions from google maps for a lot of the local fields in this area, aside from DBS, they're all between 50 minutes to an hour from me. Stupid burbs.
