Over the past three weeks I've made two phone calls (to the number listed on their website) and sent three emails...with no response. Had the impression from everyone here that their tech support was top notch. Anyone else having an issue lately? Just curious.

They were just bought out by TA, so they probably are just sorting things out right now.

Agreed, Tiberius Arms just bought them. They may keep the tech center in Cali, or they may bring it to TA in Indiana.

TY for the input gents. Had heard of the buyout, but had hoped it wouldn't bring their CS to a standstill. Guess I'll just have to put up with my pinging G2 'til they figure out who is supposed to be answering their phone.
