i'd say poppit's for their efficiency and quickness to clean(lifting a pin and pulling the bolt right out) and leaning more towards spool valves for everything else, I like my quiet dominating little spool valves

I would have to go poppet. Ive owned alot of spool valve guns and a few poppet. The poppets were definitely my favorite. Although you do sacrifice the smooth shooting and less kick for better efficiency and less maintenance.
