Best mask for shouldering Mil-Sim markers and looking down sights

To the O.P. A lot of folks use picatinny risers or, adjustable picatinny risers (made by Killjoy or, Tiberius). The Flex 7 (and not the flex 8s) would be a good mask, another one worth checking out would be the Empire E-Flex since it has a soft flexible lower made of the same or similar material of the Flex 7.

vforce grillz have a soft rubbery material that work well on sights.

If you don't want to buy a new mask, simply put a riser on your current marker, that is the trend with a lot of manufacturers at the moment.

^This. I built a milsim gun for my dad- he's in the military and used to that style of aiming/moving, but the mask would hit the gun. I put a two-step rise on there and it worked perfectly- and looked kinda bad-ass
