When I played this weekend I was shooting Empire Formula 13. Now I know dimples on a ball really affect it because I had leftover heat paint a majority was dimpled. Needless to say, that paint was going everywhere, but straight :dodgy:

But while I was shooting the F13, it wouldn't go as straight as I wanted it to. It was wasn't windy, but I was thinking it was my barrel? It's the stock .693 Shaft 4 Etha Barrel.

What would be a good barrel to shoot F13/Karnage Bite out of? Since I only buy midgrade paint.

Barrels do not affect accuracy so do not even waste your time. Accuracy is dependent on paint so barrels will not do anything for you.

Something you can do is talk to the field owners, locate a fresh batch of paint and buy that. Also check to see if the paint is broken or dimpled before walking off.

So then why would Overboring or Underboring matter so much?

Nvm, Thats for Barrel Breaks.

I think what he meant was finding good paint is the first and foremost. You can shoot good paint underbore or overbore. Either way it will shoot accurately because you're using good paint.

good paint and no dimples. the viscosity and fill they use will determine that. some of the cheaper shit has a very watery fill which as you can imagine since paintballs aren't filled inside completely, is like throwing a half empty water bottle it tends to not go straight and curve.
