I'd put this in the budget ballers section it would probably be more helpful if this thread were there. Here's the link Budget Ballers. To be more helpful though since this threads already here I would personally not recommend spyder products I've had several spyder's and all of them gave me problems I'd get a Proto Matrix Rail or Proto SLG both are very cheap and good alternatives.

no, that just means the gun has different firing modes. A spyder imagine is a poppit valve blow back, which means the trigger trips the sear causing the hammer to fly forward hitting the poppit which lets air into the gun and up into the bolt.
this is the correct deffinition of an electropnuematic

An easy way to recognize a non electropneumatic marker is that there will be both 100% mechanical versions and electronic versions.

Usually the part that makes them an "electro" is in their grip frame.

Its kind of confusing but a marker that is an "electro" isn't necessarily electropneumatic. An electropneumatic marker typically uses only air pressure to perform most of the normal operations in the marker. So it will use air pressure to move a ram or hammer to impact a valve, or push a movable valve in such a way that it unseats it and dumps air into the firing chamer.
