find people who you have a bond with, make sure the team has the same set goals. Make a set of rules and follow them. dont be afraid to cut people who do not follow the teams rules.

that really is up to you it depends on how committed you are.
But you usually can enter tournaments and have the time before the event for practice/drills etc.
the more tournaments you have under your belt as a team the better it is for you

Get a couple friends, and start playing with each other. Like Imessiah said, look for tourneys in your area.

persionally what i would recommend BEFORE starting a team is join another team thats been together for a while. Watch how they run things and get an idea of how to run a team. Then you'll know all you ned to know to start a team.

TechPB actually did a video a while back about this,
http://www.youtube.c...h?v=0MAXs6L7JnE
Other then that, the only other thing is that I definitely agree with Heywod, you should (if you haven't already) join a team, see how it's run, learn from their mistakes, get some tournament experience and then try to start up your own team. Best of luck.

PRACTICE!
you need to get a feel for how each other plays. Make sure everyone is COMMITTED!
And as Heywod stated, it would be good if someone had some team experience.

practice practice practice.......

snap shooting drills are important too, its hard to win tourneys without good snap shooting skills...

after that, jump into tourneys, play some local ones first and see how you do... you can practice all you want, but there is NOTHING like the real thing, so its important to get "real world" experience..... if you do well in local tourneys, think about taking ur game to the next level.

Find some friends that enjoy doing it just as much as you, if not more.

pink is ALWAYS a good color sceme, the idea of speedball gear is to be flashy, so the brighter the better, my friend rocks a pink EPS Flex mask.

when it comes to guns and gear, my favorite colors are: pink, purple, and silver.....and green (not olive)

Find friends committed, find tournaments, and start practicing at your local fields getting your name out subconsciously to others.

Make sure you have the cash to play. You can't really play a tourney and expect to win useing a Spyder or Tippmann. Also make sure you have th emoney to buy 6-7 cases or paint EACH, not 6 or 7 to share between your 5 or 7 man team.
