The newer pmr's arent really pmr's. They stopped making them and decided to just make the rail which is like the baby of an slg and a pmr....better if you get an older pmr/pm/ or dm...also
I've heard that the g4 has had horrible leaks and fittings in the past.

never experienced the pmr but the G4 WILL not be 100% out of the box. Depending on where you are it may get bolt stick and it will most likely leak around the macroline/fittings. Basically if you can afford the extra $5 for macroline and fittings from ANS the G4 will work! However, I have upgraded to an Axe recently, but will DEFINITELY be keeping my G4 forever.
Don't hate on my G4!
Current Setup:
Empire Axe in Gun Metal Grey
Dye Rotor
Ninja 50/4500

I was in this same situation. The g4 looks better, but I didn't trust the g4 despite what people were saying (this is just my OPINION). I went with the rail. It looks/seems like a gun you can trust for a long time. The rail shoots smoother, but is heavier on air. For a recballer like myself, I would recommend the rail.
"So, how many feet per second can you get now?"
"You mean balls per second.."
"...Dammit."

Hey! I reviewed the proto rail. http://www.techpb.co...0
