Switching Regs Can I do that

Can I take the reg from my steely and throw it on a carbon fiber tank and have it work okay?

no steel tank holds 3000 psi carbon fiber holds 4500 carbon fiber tank with a steel tank reg= a lot of burstdisks going off
I rock a black DP G3 with a CP reg, CP barrel, CP trigger, 7th element board, and custom grips, on a 68 45 ninja tank and "Magnalo" (halo in a magna shell).

i wouldnt see the harm in if you only fill it up to 3000 psi, the bottle is rated for 4500 so it should be able to, my friend has a carbon fibre 68/3000
