So my 2012 prevail pants are crapping out on me after 6 months. Need new suggestion for pants, no empire because the only things that haven't failed on me from yet are my 3 markers and slider short.

So looking at anything from PE, Exalt (buy Canadian?), or pbrack mainly

Please no dye stuff because honestly no padding for $250 is a no, no

JT FX 2.0, Draxxus Shank V2, or Exalt Thrashers.

Try emailing Kee first.

the prevail pants are their low-end pants. i personally think that Dye and PE make the best pants on the market, so if i were you, i'd try to pick up a set of Empire contact pants.
you could also try valken pants. ive heard lots and lots of good things about them.

My 2011 Empire Contacts are still going strong. I would recommend them.

Disruptive pants are great, and pretty cheap. They are very strong and durable. The padding on the knees keeps you protected, being made of tough balistic nylon while looking good sliding to those bunkers. There are stretch points in multiple places to provide ultimate mobility to make sure you play without restriction. Since every person is different, there are multiple places of adjustment such as on the ankles, inside the waist, and outside the waist for a great custom fit. The white diamond stitching will ensure the pants last a while adding a strikingly sexy look to your style. Since they were developed for Arizona players, who play in the infamously tough, dusty and rocky terrain of Arizona, they are very lightweight and have many points of ventilation and mesh, to keep you cool throughout the day so you can keep on playing game after game. The Disruptive Generation 2 pants are sold at the Disruptive Product Inc website for only $100, making them one of the best pants without emptying your wallet.

I use PE pants and I love them. Great padding.. only annoying thing is sometimes the removable padding inside the pants get moved out of place when i wash them.. but that's an easy fix.
The pod straps they have on each leg isn't too useful, but I do use it from time to time when i'm using my slingshot and need to pull paintball individually out of pods. They tend to wiggle their way out though if you're not careful. I've also gotten a considerable amount of bounces from them

I'm thinking about the 2012 model PE pants since the 2013 ones dont have pod loops on them. I play with a one pod belt so 2 would be nice and basically eliminate the need of a pod pack for me.

Has anyone tried exalt thrashers 2.0?

Any opinions on the Jet pants or Flow? And I know someone that owns a pair of armadillo so I will check them out

And cant find the JT anywhere but on the empire site, will ask my kee rep

The jt ones are in their own jt section on the website. Just click the fx ads on the sides of the main page.
But I would seriously look at the Disruptive Gen2's or HKarmy pants.

No, because it's been replaced by the durable nylon and breathable ass mesh. So it's comfort in exchange for hip padding, but slider shorts or grass on a field can fix that. I've used mine for 2 years now, and I'm a slider, and it hasn't shown any significant wear, none on the hip.
