So I have been thinking heavily about getting an Empire Sniper. I cant afford a CCM, and cant justify buying a $600-$700 pump. I was watching sticktodrums review on the Sniper (great review video btw) and he said that since the bolt had orings, it rubs on the detents and catches, causing a not so smooth stroke. He pumped it without the bolt and said it was smooth as hell. So if I were to take out the orings on the bolt, would that make the stroke smoother? If so, how much louder/how much blowback will that cause? Would it be worth the tradeoff? Thanks in advance! Sorry for the long read :P

honestly you will get used to the orings on the bolt, it really doesnt inhibit anything on the gun.... you will only notice it if you over lube the bolt,

Yea the sniper is not bad at all, but fuck is a ccm smooth. Literally changed my view on pumps.

Snipers are good, but ccm markers are real nice. Can't really go wrong with either

Haha, I really like the idea of the T2. Everybody seems to like it and say their worth it. I may just wait a while and go all out and customize it. :)

You can often find a used CCM for about $500 and a CCM'd sniper (not Empire Sniper) for even less.

You really don't notice the o-rings catching while in game.

The O-rings help create a better seal around the breach. increases efficiency.

to be honest, unless your pumping at literally 0.005 Mp/h you wont notice it.
