Bryce, are you there? Can you move the valve and bolt around a little for another photo? I'm just not seeing it properly from the glass image mockup.

nope, just collecting images from the web. It appears that they have the spool valve and bolt aligned in the last picture.

So, Is this supposed to operate like the traditional poppit? (Rammer hits Valve) or am I seeing some sort of stacked tube spool?

there are some better pictures on facebook, the "working prototype" that Bryce posted is what they called the "Mule", it's the first revision of the torque. They have like 3 different prototypes there I believe. The third revision looks amazing so far, and looks much more complete milling wise.
