Either way, don't really bother, the moment someone decides to threaten me, over a SMS no less, and claim to be an officer of the law, I would be reporting that shit in an heartbeat, don't "Call him out" report it, he was a stupid little shit, not only did he use his own personal number to threaten you, he sent it in a text that can be saved for decades and never degrades, you can literally walk in to any Police Station and report it, you have every drop of proof you need.

Also, PROTIP: I wouldn't have posted that conversation you had online, that is technically evidence and you should have been more careful with it.
