G4: Work on standing up on the bike, not moving, without touching the ground. It is really hard when you start, but it gets easier over time.

I rode my bike to and from work today. A lot more fun than driving my truck, thats for sure. Have to get used to dodging cars instead of trees, though. Those fuckers are tricky.

Yup. And just practise.

Once you get the hang of it you'll be able to just sit there for as long as you want.

Im going to try and learn more flatland since there really isnt anything to ride around here so in technicality I ride flatland, but I like to say I ride street, just do not have the balls to grind or ride stairs, gosh those scare me.

Well thats why I have a dirtbike. Which, btw, can far exceed 40mph on a tight single track.

So. Continue on. Posted Image

well, i dont ride much anymore, but i saw this and thought i would post a little bit of my history. i used to race both road and mountain for a boarding school, holderness. was a division champion in road racing while i was there, and was offered a couple scholarships to different colleges. my real passion was mountain biking though. started out racing XC, did a few enduro races, 1 24 hour race.... then got into DH and Freeride, and fell in love with freeride. i started out doing trials type riding on a K2 razorback team i had picked up... great little hard tail, only paid 75 bucks for it. then i picked up a Santa Cruz bullit and built her up into my dream bike. ended up getting outof the sport because i ahd to sell all my bikes to pay for an apartment. hope to back into again someday... i really want a santa cruz VP Free, but they are not made anymore...

first real mountain bike- Cannondale Super V 400 (piece of shit)
Giant XTC SE2 hard tail, upgraded the shots to a marzocchi z2 super fly
Kona King Kikapu (unified rear end, old school Kona rig) full XT parts...
K2 Razorback team hard tail with full XTR parts... upgraded teh shock to a 'zoke z1fr sl...
Santa Cruz Bullit- full XTR drive train with truvativ crank set. Atomic wheels, hayes disc breaks, rock shoxs Boxxer ride fork....

road bikes- cannondale r400
klein quantum
trek 5200

probally wont be posting much in here, but if you guys have any questions feel free to hit me up..
