First up, the barrel:

This shows the impeccable bore:

The following two show the minute scratches in the very end of the barrel. These are the only defects.

Next up is the ASA. This first image shows the only defect being on the top right of the part as shown. When mounted on the gun, the defect is on the very bottom just below the lever pivot, and is nearly impossible to spot. Indeed, the defect was not visible until I removed the lever.

More of the ASA:

The feedneck ring clamp has one small scratch on the side opposite which the lever resides.

The regulator body has a couple small scratches that are only visible up close. They reside at the top of the body, just below where the colored accent screws in, as shown here:

During disassembly, I found a could pockmarks of missing anodizing at the very bottom of the reg body. They are not visible unless you look directly at the end of the reg.

This is the wonky setscrew. I have repaired the problem, and it is no longer an issue. The problem seemed to be that the factory setscrew was too short and would actually exit it's threading inside the swivel, which was causing what appeared to be cross threading. I'm happy to say that with a longer setscrew, this is no longer an issue, and the swivel functions normally.

Overall, the reg body is in good condition:

The body itself is pristine:

The following shows the internal tube of the body.
