I vote ego they have been known to have softer shots and be alittle quieter.

i hated my ego 8, but i'd still probably rather have an 08 ego over then an etek 3.

If you think the Ego 8 is quieter than the Etek you are mistaken lol. The Ego will still have a better noid but all the supporting parts will be better on the Etek since it is newer.

. Like I said they are both loud, but that shouldn't be a deciding factor when choosing a marker, IMO.

The ego 8 has a nicer board, and the milling itself is more aggressive and i would take a ego 8 over a etek 3 anyday and the ego feels really light compared to the etek 3
