Although some people on this forum are going to disagree with me the Extcy is a better marker. The Extcy has a MUCH better board. It has all the tournament modes you'll need and modes you don't need it has it all. THe Extcy has an all metal frame and construction. The PMR has a composite construction. The Extcy has an on off asa the PMR does not. The Extcy has simple maintenance the PMR has about 300 o rings. Go with the Extcy

the extcy also comes with a 14 inch barrel

You will not be disappointed with the eXTCy. It really is a great gun for the price. Loaded with features, shoots great, and is really all you could want in a gun to start off with.
