I can go to this years living legends but I am a newer player. Should I wait until the next living legends or go. I feel like I will regret not going this year if I don't. Another reason I'm doubting it is that none of my paintball friends can go so I'd be alone

You will make tons of friends. Lots of TechPB guys are there and you will get to meet all of them. Where are you coming from?

I guarantee you'll regret not going a lot more than you'll regret going. As if it were possible to regret going to Living Legends.

Last year my Axe completely crapped out and I hardly shot any of paint I bought (5 cases worth), but I still played the objectives with a Tippmann 98 the CPX guys were kind enough to lend me.
When the final battle came around I didn't even use a gun, and it was one of the greatest times I've ever had playing paintball

Yeah that pretty much persuaded me. Hope to see you all there. And what did you use the final battle then?

Need lots of people to flip flags. It's a meat grinder for an hour.

Yeah I went light. No pod pack, no gun, no jersey.

I made one poorly timed attempt for the slap stick and took a burst straight to the head from probably less than 5 feet away... made my vision go dark. But the few flips that I got away with were such a rush.

This year on the Dinner and Final battles, I will be a flag runner. Arming myself with a can do attitude, a nice bounce vest and a pistol with a few mags, gonna see how I fare lol.

One of my friends was a flag swiper last year, took a nice shot from point blank in his forearm, still has the scar today lol. It swelled up and bled like crazy for a bit, but it's a badass scar!

I can imagine it's like a badge of honor once the battles are over, the ref's get some pretty nasty bruises.
