I was having problems with the UL OLED yakuza board in my wife's DM. I emailed Will at Tadao , he said it sounded like the mosfet had gone out on the board and to send it in. I went to the tadao website and prepaid the shipping and sent it in. I sent it in on the 7th from Oregon and he is in North Carolina and on the 14th bam , there was a package at my front door. I opened it up and there was the Tadao board , he even threw in a Tadao decal sheet. He didn't charge me a dime to fix it , this is great customer service from a great company. It is rare to find customer service like this today. Tadao has made me a customer for life , i don't mind giving my money to a company that delivers and a president that cares.

ive judt become hooked on tadao products exspecially the yakuza for my dms the one thing i dont like is the grips i dunno i guess im just a fan of the gel grips

Maybe you send it again. It's not unlikely for someone like Will to get swamped. Still he replied within mere hours to my questions as I reconfigured the Tadao Yakuza Cocker board to microswitch, and helped me a lot. If someone asks me for a board, it's Tadao I say.

Another reason is when some guys from customcockers approached Virtue for a autococker board, they basically blew them off, and tadao helped all us crazy gnomes and provide a board that is amazing. Same thing with the AKA Viking and Excal, virtue blew those guns off too, but Tadao may actaully do another big run off boards since the last ones have sold out and become gems to find

any body??? my buddy is also waiting for a tadao board for his g3 instead of settling with a virtue (i kinda talked him into maybe hoping they make a yakuza ... and it wasnt hard)
