I've seen the rap4 air adapter were you can use a 14ci tank as stock in all most every gun but the bt 4 combat. Is there one for the bt 4
Have: Black and teal reflex rail, Golden Tipx pistol,;) Gog enemy ;)

Had: Dp g4 biggest piece of SHIT EVER MADE, Bt 4 combat, Spyder rs(amazing gun)

doubt it, you would have to check the bt 4 for the screw in on the back

Are you asking if there is an adapter that allows for a tank-in-stock for the BT4?

One, I'm not sure. Two, it would be useless unless you were going magfed with your BT4 as the 14ci won't even last a full hopper. Three, I don't recommend anything RAP4, there is a reason they are commonly referred to as Crap4.
