So I need help on choosing a good backup gun, I am not looking to spend over $150 on it though. I play woodsball with an invert mini but the places I go to play do not have hpa fills so everytime both of my hpa tanks run out I have to use my cheap spyder sonix with co2. So what I want is to know what good guns are there that are good, light, and fast that can operate on co2 with no problems.

A Vibe or Envy (used of course) will fit your budget perfect.

Get a marker good enough that a back-up is not necessary?

Well, I actually have three tanks, a ninja 68/4500 a pure energy 45/4500 and a pure energy 48/3000, all filled up to about 3000-4000 psi give me around 1700 shot.it's good and all but I'm one of those guys who love a FULL day of paintball, not just a couple of games. So like I said, I don't care how cheap it is as long as it's an electro that can work fine with co2.

I have an azodin blitz... its decently light, pretty fast, and im willing to let it go for 120. I works perfect and ive played with it around four times.

If you're really looking for something that wont break then I would sell the mini and get a etek3. The mini is a good marker but it needs some care to keep running. A etek3 is the best way to go but if you're really just looking for a backup then I would grab a cheap tippmann off craigslist and leave it in your bag. No worrying about a hopper or anything.
Another thing to consider is a good reliable electric hopper, or even better, two of them. Nothings worse then having to go back to shack and shoot.

Good and Light and can run on Co2 Easy. Add in the fast and you run into issues Co2 and FAST don't mix especially at the price point you are looking for. Best idea i can come up is something like a Azodine Blitz. But without a properly setup anti siphon tube you are still gone have gun freeze issues and even well setup Co2 is still going to cause wild velocity spikes at higher rates of fire due to the temp change caused by the rapid use of Co2 gas.

I understand the need to use Co2 sometimes but usually when using Co2 i always recommend shooting a slower mech gun like Tippmanns, Classic Mags, and BASIC Autocockers. OR if ya really wana try something fun like some others have suggested GIVE a pump a try, They are a TON of fun to shoot and once you are out of gas for your mini switching to the pump will not only force you to work on different skill sets it will also cause you to save a fortune on paint.

Sounds like you need to tune up your marker. With my 48/3000 tank, I get around 600 shots before I run out on empty. My field only goes up to around 2500 psi on the 3000 tanks.

it sounds like you need to go to a different field, check to see if there are any others in your area.

i have to say used mini if not a used vibe. normally i hate the mini for its trigger but otherwise its a great gun and is very efficient, i still prefer the envy a lot more but since efficiency is a huge factor it might not be so great
