i have a 2004 superstock pump and it seems that there is a leak coming from the middle of the bolt, im guessing a bad cup seal or oring on the valve? and is there any way to remove the valve without a valve tool?

You can remove your IVG and hammer w/o a valve tool, but you need one to remove the valve itself.

Cup seal has possibly gone bad or the valve retaining nut has gotten loose.
