So I am going to buy a camera soon to start recording paintball matches and I was wondering which one would be best for it? Drift HD, GoPro, or Contour? I was thinking about mounting it to the side of my mask (E-flex) or use a pictanny rail mount or barrel mount

You cannot mount a GoPro to your mask because it would be too heavy and you would need a counterbalance to keep the mask straight. I would still recommend the GoPro because it has the best video quality out of the 3 (the newest drift camera is a REALLY close second). I have seen people mount their GoPros to the side of their I4's or their lens but I would never stick a mount on my lens unless I had a GoPro 3 due to the weight.
I use the head strap when I use my GoPro.
If you really feel like mounting a camera the Drift or the Contour is the way to go.
