Before I got a job, I mowed lawns. At my busiest time, I had about 4 or 5 lawns per week that paid about 20-25 bucks per lawn. This way I could afford to go once a week if I had the time. Wait until it gets time to mow lawns, and then go door-to-door and offer to mow their lawn once a week, or as needed.

spring/summer mow lawns
fall rake leaves and mow if need be
winter shovel drive ways and walkways for elderly people.
Ask your local businesses if you can wash their front windows for an agreed price and/or pick up trash in their parking lots and on top of that, recycle cans and bottles.

What if he lives in Arizona? O.o
But seriously, youre lucky if you can just go mow lawns. I had to wait until I was 15 and a half.

Shovel sand, trim cacti, wave people with giant leaves, check out craigslist for people just needing help, moving, cleaning, whatever

Shovel sand? For what? Trim cacti? You get hurt too much for what its worth. And everyone who needs help moving is creepy as hell, and cleaning...its normally in a disgusting apartment that hasnt been cleaned in years.
Trust me, ive tried it all, and mowing my dad's attempt at a lawn is so much nicer.

I mowed lawns last summer, 3 lawns a week plus allowance made me $60 a week. Not sure why I didnt go more often if I had the money and like ccseancc143 said you are old enough for working papers just ask about them at your school

There's so many threads like these, not just here but all over the internet. Search this on google and you will get thousands of Yahoo Answer questions asking the same thing. Just to say something other than mow lawns, try flipping stuff. Craigslist is full of morons who will sell "broken" things for dirt cheap. The other day I found a guy that thought he had a PMR that needed a new bolt, he wanted $100 for it. It was actually a PM7 and it only needed new o-rings. You can easily make $100+ by flipping that deal.

My first thought was, that's illegal, then I read "to science".

Now my thought is, "Not old enough".

OP: If you have any particular skills, hobbies, or interest. You could find a way to make money from doing them.
