Whenever I go onto chat on this computer, it doesn't show me the chat window at all. What's going on?

Try updating your java or another browser.

The latest java update has been giving people issues... I haven't updated mine and I am having zero issues... But, I have heard from other chatters that once they updated they started having issues logging, staying in, or seeing the chat window

The previous version can be reloaded if that's the case.
