If my cousin takes his detents out and turns his eyes off, then loads the FS round in the breech by taking out the bolt.

Will this work?

Sure, but you don't need to take out the detents, or turn the eyes off.

I thought that the detents would affect the FS round leaving the breach?

Nope. As long as it's pointing in the right direction, it's all good. Once you shoot, the bolt pushes it past the detents anyway.

Any suggestions on switching between FS and regular paint while in game?

Besides not turning the hopper on while shooting FS.

You'd have to chrono with the FS rounds, becuase they shoot faster than normal paint in the same gun. Other than that, turn off the hopper, clear out the paint in the feedneck, then take out the bolt, and load an FS round in.

So they would be shooting like 315 when regular paint would be at 280 to 290?

I'm quite sure all guns can shoot FS rounds, you just have to take off the barrel, put the round in the breech (turn your marker off, duh) And rescrew your barrel in. I've done it with my Spyder
