Dye Matrix 4 musashi chip

When i turn the marker on, it goes through the boot up squence and then the led goes to a solid green light and I am then unable to turn the marker off. I'm trying to trouble shoot this before calling Tadao for tech support/Dye for whatever help they'd be willing/able to provide.

So what does the solid green light indicate?

edit: the solid green light is not listed in the instruction manual.
