Ok, so after my last poll I decided on the AXE. But then someone told me that the Etek 3 or Etek 4 would be a better investment because of customer service, overall better gun, and easy cleaning. What are your thoughts about it. Money isnt a problem because I found the Etek 3 on Ultimate Paintball for less then the AXE and 4 for a little more. (Hardly)

It's a tossup on CS. You're looking at either Empire or Eclipse, both of which have phenomenal customer service. Which is a better gun is debatable. The Axe has a better engine, but I could never get around to liking the ergos of it.

They are both equal for maintenance. Kee (Axe's CS) sent me a $80 reg for my Axe because I complained about a scratch from the factory.

The Axe is the better marker for efficiency and smoothness.

It's preference. I would suggest trying out both markers before buying one

^This

The AXE & Etek line are great markers. As far as deciding between the 3 & 4 I'd just buy the 3. They are (virtually) identical besides some minor changes. The Etek will be louder but very easy to take care of. With the AXE you get a smoother marker, a little bit less user friendly but both are great companies.

As sticktodrum said in his axe vs. etek comparison the etek will jackhammer your eardrums into oblivion.
