Stationary bikes

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some input about stationary bikes, I found a Schwinn I liked, but I'm open to suggestions.
I'm looking for something durable, reasonably priced, quiet, and can handle 50+ miles a week. My price limit is $400.

The one I'm looking at is a spin bike
I would get a gym membership, but I'm not easily motivated to exercise, so this is why I want a bike.

you have 2 options... a user adjustable mechanical "spin" bike, the kind that has an adjustable fristion pad on a weighted fly wheel to increase pedal resistance... or you can find a used electronic stationary bike... one that comes pre programmed with all different kinds of "terrain" and works outs in varrying distances and time... unless you know about spinning work outs and what your target ranges are heart rate wise i woudl avoid the classic "spin" bike... unless its all you can afford...
also, why not just get a real bike? for 400 bucks you can a decient bike that will get you onthe road, or off if thats your thing, and actually riding is a better work out then a stationary bike... and, come winter time, you can get a trainer or a set of rollers, which allows you to ride indoors in crappy weather...

I have a real bike I do ride around on, the roads out here aren't very safe, and I'd like something to use when it gets to cold out. But you did say rollers so I'll probably just look into those.

They have those at my crossfit gym, and they can be brutal. I second the rower if you can afford it.
