Warn Status Not being removed.

I've read the thread about how to get my warn status removed. I went to the mods who issued the warnings to me and asked how do I get my warn status removed and never got a reply or my warn status removed. What do I do?

Who ever gave me warnings and It was months ago. Can't remember if I contacted TK or not.
