I keep straining/pulling my hamstring, and now I figure I should get some compression shorts to get some support.

I need opinions on compression shorts to look at and ones to just skip all together. I don't want to break the bank, but I don't want to go all cheap. Best bang for the buck basically.

When you strain your hamstring do you get the little red blood dots on the back of your leg.

I know my one friend tore his hamstring a few times and found just rapping it helped, but i took him about 6 weeks to get better and had to be very careful.

I've had it wrapped, it's just a pain in the ass and slides down my leg after awhile, and I can't exactly re wrap it at work.

And it's probably bruised right now. It was a red spot at first.

Just find some good ol' underarmor shorts, they work just fine, and they're not that expensive. It's when you introduce padded shorts like the paintball 'specific' ones that they tend to get expensive.

I agree with the under armor ones, BUT i reccomend the "slider" ones, they are like $5 more than the regular under armor compression's and they have that slightly extra side pad(s) and a lil more snug-ness for support... It goes a long way, and you'll thank me later ;)
