Virtue laser eyes flickers Help ASAP

Ok I saw videos of people installing the virtue eyes on the empire axe and the eyes were solid and mine are flickering even when you break the beam by putting you finger between the laser and the sensor the eye would till flicker is it suppose to flicker because I saw videos that it wasn't flickering
