Sorry for my dumb question, but i don't want to do the wrong thing or upset anyone. If someone is selling locally, may i make an offer and meet them with cash? Or do you ask that all transactions go through paypal to keep track of things?
Thanks for your help and time!

Don't tell me you don't sit at the window all day after ordering something. The fucking worst is getting a 'loluwerenttin' letter and having to pick it up. - Schadenfreude Fanatic

You can meet locally because that is cash in hand.
If you are the buyer make sure that everything works 100% and that there are no leaks. crack the grip frame, inspect the marker.
If you are the seller make sure you bring air and possibly paint and tell the buyer of EVERY little problem with it.
It doesn't really matter if you meet up but you have a higher possibility of having a broken marker and not being able to get your money back, just make sure you know what you are doing.
