I think I'll stick with my primo so I don't have to worry about getting smaller pods or having half-full pods shaking around and breaking and shit-

But I've just become interested in the idea of the Valken VMax, only slightly larger than a rotor but essentially just as gentle as a pinokio

I own two V-Max loaders. Two tips. Buy a speed feed because the stock lids flip up too easily, and don't leave your 9-volts in the hopper. Honestly I love them otherwise and use them with the GoG Extcy and Envy. Easy to take apart/clean and feeds about 17 bps as per drop tests I performed. There are better hoppers on the market, but not for $60.

Flips up too easily, you shitting me? I'm going to get a speedfeed because mine's so goddamn stiff I can't even get it open without giving it a hard, quick rap upwards on the lip. Didn't think about the batteries though, does it chew through them that quickly? I thought it was supposed to be on the superloader's level of battery efficiency.
I only play paintball so I can tell dirty jokes.

I just realized I've never changed my rotor's batteries yet- and that it's been going strong on the same batteries for over two years now
