I'm starting this thred because im obsessed!
If you like a barrel say what barrel you are useing.
and
We will talk about it!
Also if you have any questions, comments, or concerns on your barrel or what barrel to get. I'm pretty knolageable.

Oh yeh... the barrel i use is a
16" .692 sly


i have only chopped 1 ball and i have had the barrel for 2 years!!!
i love it!
Barrel: Sly

Stiffi barrels are amazing. The porting makes your gun shoot 20-40 FPS faster. Also they are very quiet and extremely light.

My 2 cents on the Stiffi is that there REALLY AWESOME BARRELS....but I like sly better just because they don’t have dual-weave carbon
other wise Stiffi is the shit....(all dual-weave carbon means is that it will last longer)

i like ULs. good performance and they just seem to make the gun they are on look kooler

I <3 <3 my pepperstick match Ramp paintballs with a 689 barrel... nothing but perfect ropes. No drop off whatsoever... At least with my gun and settings anyway...

Really like Dye ULs but dont currently own one. Have a freak kit and love it.

Oh and whenever i see a boomstick on the field i give props because i really like the looks and oldschool history it has.
My sig was edited / removed because it was not within the rules. Images used in signatures are to be less then Width of 600px, and height of 160px. Only ONE image is aloud in the signature, and it must be 30k or less. Only 5 lines of text are aloud. No text larger then size 2 is aloud in the signature.

My image was way over the size limit of 30k

I have more barrels then I can count.... I have probably used 99% of barrels out there... My Favourites:

Number 1. By FAR. HammerHead Barrel Kits...
And now in no particular order...

Stiffi Switch Kit
Sly Carbon Barrels
Evil Pipe
Freak With Stiffi tip (only bought used though, will never support SP new...)
Eclipse SL Barrel Kit
Kaner Kits
Dye BoomSticks
Palmers Brass Barrels....

I don't mind a CP 14" .689

But my dream barrel would be a Infamous Sly Barrel. I just don't know enough about CF barrels to buy one.

Like why can't you use a swab? How would you clean your barrel if you have a chop or break?

I'm going to have to call BS here. I suppose u think the porting spins the paintball too.....

Anyway I like Deadlywind better then SLY and waaaayyyy better then stiffi's. They have a super smooth interior and are by fare the lightest. Don't get me wrong SLY is a VERRRYYY nice barrel as well. But I didn't like the small backs and how the back usually stuck on the gun when you unscrewed it and you had to shove an Allen key down the hole to get it undone. The newer SLY barrels with the graphics look really nice, but the deadly wind looks very sleek and doesn't scratch which is very nice when you are ruff with your gear. I have full on shoved the barrel into a wooden bunker and it didn't have a scratch.

Anyway my 4 cents

My favourite at the moment is my Un1tec 14 inch 0.693 barrel, I'm favoring it a lot more over my Freak kit. It's lighter then the Freak and has simple straight uncluttered lines. Very good barrel for £30!

from my experience i think that the deadlywind fibur barrel is the best one out there,

but after that i would say that sly, then featherlight, ul, stiffi

I'm shooting the Redz Pepper Stickz right now and it is great, highly recomended!

Also some of my teammates are shooting the Deathsticks, also a great barrel kit.
