What do you normally shoot? What kind of games have you played? Any scenarios?

I shoot anywhere from a case to 2 cases in a one day scenario. Living Legends is 2 days. With 1500 people. I shot 3 cases last year, and had to conserve near the end so I wouldn't run out. I also didn't shoot any in the final battle, I just ran for slap sticks.

It's a constant battle. My rule of thumb for 2 day scenarios is buy three and you can always buy more

I always add one case to the amount of paint I think I'm going to shoot.

Start with 2 or 3. Like mentioned, you can always buy more.

I maxed out at LL4 with 5 cases. Admittedly I tend to provide suppressive fire more often than I probably should but anyway....

You'll get a number of different suggestions but you need to gauge it on what you shoot at normal outing then factor in the length of time this event runs. If your shooting 1000 rnds in a 15-30 minute game then that is going to be a lot of paint needed for LL. If its 1000 rnds for 2-3 hours than that is a little different. Look back at the last few times youve played and try and remember how long you played and how much paint you used. Take an average and apply that to the amount of field time you will have at LL.

Salvation it seems like between me and you we could lay down major suppressive fire. That's how I play. I try to get everyone to move up while I suppress. Although sometimes you really have to get in there and do it yourself

I use a LAW now for helping out with major pushes. Saves on paint but it has its own costs which can add up just as quick.

All I can say is start saving now and maybe practice a little trigger control. Not the easiest thing I know as old habits tend to die hard.

I really want to try something. This being my first year I want to do something I will never forget. I saw the video last year of mike in the final battle running over the hill off the break. I would like to get mike, me, and about 8 other people to do the same thing. Make a huge push like that right of the break. Who is in?

Last year I got 7 cases, of which I shot about 5,and let my guys split up the other two. This year I am probably going to try and stay with 3 cases since I am playing magfed.

Seven cases will probably cover everybody for the entire weekend. And don't forget we'll have a Metadyne for those "eliminate with extreme prejudice" moments

I don't know why,but I lul'd really hard.

And you could always consider pump.I will play pump at least some, since I plan on being very trigger happy at the final battle.Which leads me to my next tip, which is you will probably shoot a shitload of paint during the final battle,so remember that over the weekend.

Yeah, I am budgeting a half a case for the final battle, unless I am rocking a cheap electro (like a G-1), in which case I'll budget a case.

I got a little trigger happy last year lol, I was rocking my Ego 8, Rotor, and about 10 pods for normal gun fighting, plus a Metadyne with about 20 rockets.

I shot about 2-3 cases last year. I'd buy 2 or 3 then buy more if need be.

I also shot less than a case at LLV. Maybe it's because quality always shoots straight.
