My ego 7 that I got recently is acting up… during the day it works awesome drops lanes like a boss, but when it gets colder/darker it breaks balls like no other or it just doesn't get the ball through the barrel… any solutions or reasons why this is happening

check your detents, check your LPR pressure, and make sure you are using decent paint.
Egos almost NEVER break paint. that was what got them so popular when they were released.

Cold makes your paint more brittle=more breaks. Also, if you haven't serviced your rammer in FOREVER, you may be having some rammer stick in the really cold temps, causing it to not shoot properly.

I clean my gun regularly (including the rammer) and my friends are using the same paint as me (some are using popits and some are using spoolies) but they haven't had any ball breaks except my friend with a bl victory v1.

The older egos had a REALLY fast rammer speed that was really rough on well, everything lol. Lower your lpr and raise your dwell.
