usb port charging connection

my creed chargges ok with the wall cahrger but not with any of the other chargers. It sometime works if I hold the charger in a specific spot so Im guessing it a bad connection. Does anyone know if there could be any other problems? and if it is the problem does anyone know where I could order the little usb piece?

well tested two other ways of charging and they both work just not my portable charger which is not cool cause it was pretty much not used but oh well at least I can sitll charge the gun and the slot isnt messed up in the gun it seems.
