Ok, if you are out to loose some weight and are a little flabby, dont constantly work out your pecs. If you do this you will be able to fit into a D cup. focus for on the abs, bisepts, triceps, and legs. Also i found vitamin water is a great alternative to soda.

Vitamin water has a bunch of sugar. Pushups are fine, bitch tits are from fat, not working out.

actually if your "Fat" its easier to gain muscle, so you tend to increase muscle mass around the pecks quicker then someone like me who is placed in the "Rail" category. If you want to gain muscle you gotta eat. if you want to lose fat you gotta move.

People calling them bitch tits and cheese tits aren't going to make the people who are trying to lose them feel anybetter... Cardio is a must to burn fat most efficiently.

Seriously though, work on cardio at the same time and of course the rest of your body. Also barbell flys are pretty awesome for the chest as well. On a side note. Vitamin water is garbage, just a bunch of sugar.

Cardio is King. walk, brisk walk, jogging, running. (last two are best) push hard but not too hard. and drink water with a touch of salt. or one gatorade among waters
