I need to get into shape, I have a very unhealthy diet which has pop, candy, School food and all that SHIT. I am thinking about waking up early to run, yea or nae. Also p90x I know its drastic but I need it good or bad. also diet tips, basically the hole shabang. I will try to inform you how it will work out.

use a "macro calculator" to help you find out ur eating requirements, lots of fiberous carbs
p90x is good but running and weightlifting will help you more, and u enter a community of people that lift weights which is fun
do some research on bodybuilding.com for a good fitness plan

Take it slowly.Fist, cut out candy/sweets.Then,slowly take out sodas, like try 1 a day for a week, then 1 every 2-3 days a week, then 1 every week or so.And switch to diet if you really want soda. And school food is loaded with carbs and calories, both of which are bad in large amounts. So,try making sandwiches on wheat bread or on a tortilla. And count the calories on EVERYTHING.Look at the label every single time.
