It appears you have a non-HE bolt, but an HE bolt guide; unless you got two bolt kits.
If you can't find a replacement ring for the feedneck, it's Ion threaded and replacements can be had just about anywhere.
It looks like you've got a decent start on the build.
That body looks somewhat sexy as is.

it's really good that you say that about the bolt guide, because I picked up another bolt engine with an HE bolt and non HE guide (:

I'll take pics of where I am at in a bit (:

Both of your bolt guides are HE. Not 100% sure, but it looks like you have one HE can and one sft can. You can tell HE bolt guides by the fact that they have a smaller radius between the two orings. As for cans, the HE can's front piece pops off, while the sft can is just 1 piece.

This is the standard non HE guide:

I believe both of my bolt guides are SFT guides, as neither of them come apart.

I think you mean cans. The guides aren't supposed to come apart.

HE can:

I tried pulling them both apart, and neither would. They both only have one hole between the orings. I am guessing I have two sft guides?

They're not guides. They're called cans, but yes, if they were HE cans, they'd easily pop open.

If you look in the front, you should be able to tell quite easily. If it's an SFT can, there's no inner lip right after the air transfer holes, if it's an HE can, then it's got that lip after the holes that seals against the HE o-ring on the HE bolt.

well thread jack kinda... Me and the OP ended up trading some stuff.

Posted Image

So all it needs as of right now is:
Top board soldered to noid,
Eye cover
wire that goes between the upper/lower board
board pin
gauge for reg,
Grips
straight macro fitting.
and a cool looking bolt guide.

How do you guys think an all polished scheme would look on this bad boy?

I'm a back player and I need poppits, also ran out of money to put into the project. Had a luxe and a vapor, so I know what it would shoot like.
