Does anyone know where the velocity adjuster on the Pmi Piranha g3 pro ts with storm is?

Yeah. Where is the velocity adjuster? I can't find it and in my manual it shows that the screw is somewhere.. And it is obviously not there on my gun.

its either on the back cap, or under the reg.

Hm.. What do you mean on the back cap? I know there is one under the reg with the plus and minus signs.. but I thought that only controlled the input pressure.
