its a very vague question.
the 09 PMR is just another low/mid-end gun. nothing special about it.

Price doesnt really imply performance. Its a guideline, sure, but there are plenty of exceptions. Honestly though, I have no clue how much it retailed for but $450 would certainly be mid level.

My friend has the 09 it shoots amazing....
Super smooth.... It's somewhat temperamental though
