Well, just finished up Texhnolyze... That was depressing. Kudos for not going with the ending where it all works out, but god damn...

Watching Blood+ was the biggest let down to me as far as anime goes.
50 episodes that kept building and building, but there was no payoff at the end.
I was trolled...

The same is true for Soul Eater too...
That ending was fucking stupid.

Deathnote was a let down for me at the end. Ergo Proxy had a crap ending. Shigurui basically just stopped. There was no ending. And now Texhnolyze with a bad ending. I see a trend with animes so far... lol. Either no ending, something that doesnt tie everything up, or just a complete "everything is destroyed and everyone is dead." Ending.

Hellsing (the anime by Pioneer; not the recent OVA) has a really cool ending. It gave me goosebumps the first time I saw it, lol.

The most depressing ending of any anime that I know of at least, has to be Berserk's.
Bebop leaves you with an ending where you don't know if you should be happy or sad.

So, I spent the last hour or so sifting through stuff, trying to find an anime in my style. Full Metal Alchemist isnt my style, as it has the stereotypical "zaniness" style to it. Screaming, emotion faces, fast forward running, etc. Not my cup of tea. Currently downloading Witch Hunter Robin. Hopefully that pans out.

I'm going to see if I can revive this thread. Here's the combination of 4 years of collecting Anime for me:

I'm only missing Tengen Topa, which I deleted after watching because I just got extremely depressed at the ending. (and after Kamina)

I just finished Macross Frontier today. Was good, just too much singing -__-

I was meant to finish Shakugan no Shana but now I've forgotten where I got to haha. I was on the second season, that much I do remember.

Dunno, I just found it 2 days ago. I started a bunch of shows, and tried rewatching Angel Beats. Still can't get past episode 8. It's too depressing. :(

I'm still following Daily Lives of Highschool boys.

Amagami is pretty good if you're into that stuff. (My avatar and sig.) Posted Image

And I finished the entire Gundam Series. (Finally I know! Posted Image )

It's weird how I never watched it until now.
