obliques: get into a plank and bring your knees out and go up to your ears with you knees. Aslo lay on your back put your feet on the ground with your knees bent, raise your shoulder blades off the ground a little bit and touch your hills. i call them penguins lol.

BUTT: put a bar on your pelvis/ stomcah and pelvic thrust in the air. Also alot of leg jumps, and squats.

lower abs: leg raises, and hold your legs out straight 6 in for a min.

Total core: do pull ups while kicking your legs straight out like you riding a bicycle. Its a really hard work out keep trying it when you do it you know youre swoll.

So you do a plank, but bring one knee to your ear, or at least try?

And what are hills? lol

Should I try any protein supplements? Like whey and stuff? If so, what should I look at? Or should I try a metabolic shake?

Compound weight lifting is a good way to lose weight while gaining muscle.  Compound weight lifting are the exercises that use the most muscles to do work. Squat, bench, military press, incline, decline etc.  Cardio should be implemented when you are at a good strength, but is not limited to only when you're at your target strength. It's best to start small with cardio and work your way up.

i have a weight machine, so I'll use it more, but it only goes up to like 100lbs, good enough, I can do a lot of reps. I also need to do more cardio.

I just REALLY need to go to the store and pick up healthier stuff, sick of eating fried food and stuff, the only reason why I haven't gained any weight from eating it is because I eat little of it.

If you are talking about strength, here is a great habit I got into.

Buy a pull up bar. I got the "Iron Gym", $20, 4 different types of pullup grips. Put it on the door you walk by the most. Do one pull up every single time you walk past it. Alternate between the different grips. A few months ago I did this a lot. Tripled my max pull ups in a month or two. I could do 5 a day or 50 a day, and I would never feel sore from this.

Really works my fore arms, biceps, triceps, upper back, chest, etc. Great exercise.
