Whats the best cheap tank to get?

Ninja has the best regulator on the market, if you have the money get a 68ci 4500 psi tank if not get a 48ci 3000 psi.

I know this isn't exactly a super cheap solution, but a 68/45 will be the best decision you ever make (regarding tanks) and you can find them on the BST forums for ~$100. They're your best option by far. If you really can't do that, then any old 48/3000 will do I suppose.

Save money get a 68/4500 just so you dont dissapoint yourself
