Need Help in photoshop! For school, fast.

Hey guys! For school our class has to make boats made out of fascia and I need an emblem for my boats "corporation." I have no skill whatsoever in photoshop or anything, so I'm asking you guys. It doesn't need to be amazing or anything, just the thing is due on Thursday. It has to have CFR corporation, our solgan (the only choice) and this picture in the backround.
