When I try to add a gif or picture to my sig it asks for a URL. Is there a way to > choose file > upload?

No, for your sig it must be an embedded pic, so it has to be hosted online on a site like photobucket.
So I can upload the picture to my photobucket and use if from there?
Also I noticed on my profile a button that says Name change history. Can I change my username?

It keeps saying "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board"

Are you copying the link to the actual image, and not just the page it's on?
I'm bad with computers
This is the link: http://s1262.photobu...nt=adamwest.gif
I think i understand it! Right click > open in new page. That link? Is that what I'm supposed to use?

On the right side of the page, there should be a box that says "direct link." Click and copy the link that's in that box, then use that one.
Or right click on the image, and click "view image," then copy the link that's in the address bar when you see nothing but the image.
But it looks like you got it
