I understand how it works, but what if I ship my marker first and the other guy does not ship his? How will this work out

Then your marker's gone...

If that were to happen leave negative feedback and get in contact with law enforcement and the moderators of whichever forum you're trading on. You will have their name and address which are hopefully real. Also go into the "traders to avoid" or similar section and tell what happened.

I personally wouldn't trade first with anyone without feedback. Unless they're PC of course.

How it works is that you reflect on the fact you gave your marker to a stranger on the Internet. There are posts here with facts to consider before you trade.
